What you should do, is to adopt Dr. Ming Wang (Harvard & MIT (MD); PhD (laser physics))’s 20-20-20 rule (20 minutes of close-up work, take a break for 20 seconds and look at an object at least 20 feet away). Also, if you have prescriptions (i.e., you need glasses or contacts to see), get your eyes fixed.
