A: It depends. We do need to see you, to perform a thorough evaluation of your dry eyes:


-        In some patients, they are not a candidate for corneal surgery, and may be candidates for lens surgery;

-        But, in some other patients, they are not candidates for any surgery at all.

In all cases, we do need to fully and adequately evaluate and  treat your dry eyes, before the consideration of any surgery.
