Since I was a little boy I’ve been blind as a bat. I started wearing glasses in the first grade and got contacts in the fourth grade. I was always content with them, but I wanted better. My hometown eye doctor suggested I wait until age 22 for Lasik. A month after my birthday I came to Dr. Wang. All of his staff are wonderful people that make you feel as comfortable as you can be. All the tests were painless and any questions I had were answered with full confidence. The surgery was a breeze. Dr. Wang kept assuring me that everything was perfect. We were in and out of surgery in twenty minutes or less. What amazed me was that on the way home, when before nothing was clear until inches from my nose, now I could read road signs. Dr. Wang took my lifetime of blindness and erased it in ten minutes.

Wang Vision Institute restored my vision incredibly. I noticed a great difference the same day of surgery. The staff is wonderful, caring, and friendly. Dr. Wang is an excellent doctor and surgeon; he always puts forth efforts to personally care for each of his patients. Dr. Wang even called my home the day of surgery to ensure my new eye was feeling well. I would recommend Wang Vision Institute to anyone!

Lasik was my first medical procedure I had ever had in my 43 years. A root canal was the biggest procedure I had done thus far. I was quite anxious beforehand, but the staff and doctors reassured me I was having the best procedure for me that would lead to perfect vision. Boy, they were right! From the first phone call, all of the staff was very professional, efficient, and accommodating. The initial exam involved many different tests with all of the latest, state-of-the-art equipment. Dr. Wang explained my options and offered a solution to my vision issues. Yesterday’s Lasik procedure went very well-after all the previous tests were repeated to ensure the accuracy of the settings for the equipment used in the procedure. My experience at Wang Vision was nothing short of life changing! For over 20 years of my life I’ve relied on contact lenses. I’ve dealt with everything from being the brunt of jokes due to my thick glasses as a kid, to constantly having my gas permeable contacts fall out while playing sports or due to a badly timed blink. Now today, at the age of 32, I woke up for the first time able to see them alarm clock without reaching for my glasses first. I went to sleep last night able to walk clearly to the bed. They take the time to get to know you personally, and remember the smallest details when you return for frequent appointments.
