I first met Dr. Wang twenty years ago, in 1996, when he performed LASIK surgery on me. That procedure was very easy and I enjoyed 20/20 vision until last year when I developed cataracts. So I returned to Dr. Wang for laser cataract surgery and lens implants. Dr. Wang is an excellent doctor, but more importantly he is a wonderful person. You could not find a better doctor anywhere in the world!
As a producer and recording artist, my experience at the Wang Vision Institute was superior. No stress at all during any of the surgical procedure. Dr. Wang and staff acted more as friends and family through the several days from evaluation, surgery, and follow up. Such an easy procedure! So quick and painless! Before surgery the first thing I did in the morning was put my glasses on and the last thing I did at night was take them off. I can’t remember not wearing glasses! I have a new freedom from glasses and always carrying a spare!

My experience was wonderful with Dr. Wang. Needless to say I was apprehensive about surgery on my eyes. The kindness and excellent care prior to the surgery alleviated all of my fears. Dr. Wang said a prayer with me before he operated and called me the night of my surgery to check in on me.
