I came to Dr. Wang over four years ago having trouble with wearing contacts. I had worn them for 40 plus years, but could no longer wear them in comfort and had blurry vision. After finding out I had cataracts, a friend told me about Dr. Wang and the surgery he performed for cataract patients. I also had astigmatism which he could correct at the same time. It was wonderful with very good care. I no longer had to wear any correction and saw 20/20. I had to have the LAG and a LASIK in the right eye. The office staff and Dr. Wang were very professional and caring with very good results.

I am very thankful for Dr. Wang and the whole staff. They are very comforting and work hard to ensure your experience is a pleasant one. I came in with keratoconus, and needing INTACS placed in both eyes. My surgery was done 1/8/16. I came in a nervous wreck but they explained the process and ensured I was okay throughout it all. Only one day after surgery and I know the healing is going to be a slow one but excited for knowing my vision will slowly get better. Dr. Wang and his staff are truly heaven sent.

I chose Wang Vision Institute because they had the most updated equipment and a great deal of experience. When letting someone perform any kind of surgical procedure on my eyes, quality is definitely important. Dr. Wang and staff exceeded my expectations. The surgery itself was a bit uncomfortable, but over quickly. The discomfort faded 2-3 hours after surgery and I can see wonderfully. This really is a magical procedure and I would definitely recommend LASIK-and LASIK with Dr. Wang specifically-to anyone who is considering it. Dr. Wang’s attention to detail and the personalized level of service you receive put the experience over the top. I remember considering the different doctors that offered this service. After having completed it here, I realize that there should not even be a question or consideration of other doctors, Dr. Wang is absolutely the best hands down.

After years of wearing glasses, it came time to look into LASIK surgery. Wang Vision Center was referred to me and the journey began. My appointment day was met with the friendliest staff. They assisted and comforted me all the way. Dr. Wang was amazing and the surgery was a total success. Dr. Wang and his staff are a God send. I’m so happy I chose to have LASIK and even happier that Dr. Wang was my doctor.

I have/had a high astigmatism. I was always reliant on my glasses. I have always been very active, whether it was military training, police training, exercising, or running to train for my next race. I always had to be mindful of my glasses so that I didn’t lose them or break them. I finally switched to contacts but due to having such high astigmatism, my right eye the prescription was a little off giving me a little blur. After wearing contacts for a few years and just getting used to seeing a little blurry my eyes could no longer tolerate the contacts. Just pure irritation any time I put them on. I went back to glasses and though I could see better I had become accustomed to not wearing them. I went to Dr. Wang for help and it is one of the best choices I’ve made in my life, behind marrying my wife that is.

I am so grateful to Dr. Wang! Having LASIK performed by Dr. Wang has improved my life in various ways—almost immediately after surgery. I was far sighted and required strong reading glasses even to see the time on my cell phone. As a nurse practitioner, I could not read or perform my job without wearing glasses (which quickly became ill-fitting, scratched, and would sometimes slip off while I was examining patients). Annual glasses are expensive! Hours after my LASIK procedure I have 20/20 vision. I can read clearly and easily without the aid of glasses. I look forward to being able to accurately assess a patient quickly! This morning I woke up and was able to see the time and my phone without searching for glasses. Prior to surgery, Dr. Wang prayed over me. At the follow up appointment, he took the time to get to know me better and talk for a while (on a Saturday!!). The night of my procedure, he personally called my fiancé to ensure I was doing well. I am beyond impressed with Dr. Wang’s knowledge, ability, and character. I will only come to this clinic for future eye care!

From the very beginning, Dr. Wang and his team were incredible. They performed all the testing, and it was thorough, to prepare me for my 3D Kamra surgery. The most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had. On the day of my surgery, they made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Wang prayed with me before surgery. It was a very good experience. I can already see better close up only after 1 day. Wearing glasses for reading had become a burden and I was always losing my glasses or sitting on them, and sometimes would have 3 or 4 pair in my purse and one on my head. In Tennessee, we call them “Tennessee Headbands.” I am so excited to be able to read without glasses and to be able to buy some nice fashionable sunglasses. Thanks Dr. Wang for all you do to make this world a better place.

I can not even begin to explain Dr. Wang and his staff. Words do not do them justice. They were absolutely amazing and very comfortable to be around. When this type of situation is presented to you and you know that you can get rid of contacts and glasses forever with surgery its exciting but also scary. After meeting Dr. Wang I felt like the pressure was off and very relaxed knowing what kind of not only doctor but person I was dealing with. He truly is an unbelievable individual. The procedure that I went through was 3D Laser surgery (LASIK). I could not believe how fast and easy he made the whole process. His work really says so much about him. I can tell you that Dr. Ming Wang and the Wang Vision Institute is the only way to go.

I have been wearing glasses since I was 8 years old. I was not able to function without glasses or contacts. I has been contemplating LASIK surgery for a while, but after speaking with Dr. Ming Wang and his staff, there was no doubt. This is who I wanted to perform my surgery! As soon as the surgery was over I could tell a huge difference in my sight. The next morning when I woke up I could see better than I ever could before. I had always wanted to get LASIK eye surgery since I heard about it, and thanks to Dr. Wang this was possible! All the employees and staff were beyond helpful and kind and made this experience one I’ll never forget. I not only improved my vision to perfect, but beyond that with now having 20/15 vision! I cannot thank Dr. Wang enough for what he has done for me, but express my greatest gratitude for what I have received!
