My experience at Wang Vision started with my first phone call. The receptionist was very helpful in setting my appointment and sending my paperwork. When I came in for my appointment, the front desk staff was pleasant and friendly. When I was taken to the back for my appointment, the vision team went right back to work. Everyone was so very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. When Dr. Wang came in to see me, he was a delight. He had a wonderful smile on his face and spoke with such a soft, soothing voice. After my visit, my appointment was set for surgery. At the surgery center, everyone was so nice and very pleasant. They all made sure that not just I, but every patient, was very comfortable. Dr. Wang came in, and with a pat on the head, made me feel very secure. The surgery went so well and Dr. Wang was so patient and talked me right through it all and that’s because he prayed with me. After I got home, I got such a sweet surprise about 8:30pm, a phone call from the doctor himself. What a wonderful experience I have had with Wang Vision and I will certainly recommend to all of my family and friends.
From first visit with Dr. Wang to the ending day of surgery, completion of surgery on left eye was a positive experience. Total caring from everyone in office, surgery post op. Attention to detail from group and especially Dr. Wang was unbelievably outstanding. Dr. Wang really cares. From beginning to end. Highly recommend him and his staff.
