Years ago, a pharmacist was telling me her story. She has partial blindness after surgery on her eyes. She was told, Dr. Ming Wang, was the doctor who corrected surgical mistakes. And she was very pleased with his medical care. My neighbor, also worked with Dr. Wang, when he was associated with Vanderbilt. She only has praises for his skill, work ethic, and knowledge. My primary doctor assured me, “he is the best!” His office staff exemplifies Dr. Wang’s own personality. They display optimism, humor, respect, and love for their patients and for one another. Their professionalism is focused on the patient and on the accuracy of their testing. Dr. Wang and his staff are precise, efficient, kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Wang’s sensitivity to my husband’s heart rate and postponing his initial surgery because of the low heart rate, led to a life-saving surgery by Dr. Kanagasundram at Vanderbilt on November 2, 2015, who implanted a pacemaker. My husband, Dr. Jerry Humphreys and I believe that God intervened through Dr. Wang and Dr. Kanagasundram and saved his life. We are blessed beyond words.

Dr. Ming Wang performed Kamra surgery on my left eye. Dr. Wang fully explained the procedure and made sure all my questions were answered. The procedure was not painful. I only felt some pressure on my eye. Dr. Wang called me the night of the surgery to make sure I was doing well. The discomfort after surgery has been minor. I am very glad that I had the Kamra surgery. Dr. Wang explained that the full benefit will be achieved over the next 1-3 months. I am looking forward to reading without glasses.

I have been so impressed with Dr. Wang and the staff at Wang Vision. Everyone has been so helpful and attentive. Dr. Wang’s attention to detail is unprecedented. I look forward continuing my eye care with him for the next 50 years!

I was skeptical about LASIK eye surgery. I’ve worn glasses or contacts my entire life and I never thought I would be able to see clearly without them. But just a few hours after the surgery I knew it was a success. The speed of the surgery was amazing and after just 15 minutes or so it was all over and I could see without any aid for the first time in my entire life. Dr. Wang is an amazing person for giving me and so many others the gift of sight.

I have had glasses since I was in 4^th grade and remember the day I first received the glasses. I saw how clearly the trees were and I could read a sign for the checkers restaurant outside. That was nothing compared to the morning I woke up after LAISK. Without my glasses I saw my parents face for the first time across the room without glasses making breakfast. I will never be dependent on glasses again and I love the freedom.

I could not be more happy with my experience at Wang Vision. Dr. Ming Wang is a wonderful surgeon and even better guy. I was able to go through with no anxiety due to his trustworthiness.
